What is the Age Limit at Bungalow 8?

To enter Bungalow 8 you must be over the age of 18 years or with a legal guardian and you must show ID when asked by a member of our staff. We accept NZ drivers license, 18+ card or International Passport as forms of ID.

What are your door times?

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3PM-Late Wednesday and Saturdays 3PM – 4AM, Fridays 1PM-4AM.

What forms of Identification do you accept?

We only accept NZ drivers license, 18 + Card or International Passport. All patrons must show ID on request.

Where can I buy tickets to your events?

We occasionally have ticketed events. All tickets or links to tickets can be found on our Facebook page or by coming into the bar from 3pm.

Do you have a dress code?

We pride ourselves in appearance behind the bar and throughout our venue which is why we enforce a strict ‘Smart Casual’ dress code at all times and more so Friday and Saturday nights. No hoodies, caps, jandals or gang affiliation etc to be worn. If you arrive without suitable attire you may be declined entry.

What is your policy regarding intoxicated guests?

No person who is intoxicated will be allowed to enter the premise or will be asked to leave if found to be too intoxicated. Free water and food is always available if you think you are getting too intoxicated. Staff and security are always happy to help you and your safety is our main concern always.

Can party buses stop at Bungalow 8?

Where can I park?

Off street parking surrounds Bungalow 8. Depending on what time you arrive though this is metered parking majority of the time as it is for all guests in the Custom St/Market Place vicinity.
